Our Cancellation Policy is very simple:
- If you have not shipped your item for repair to us, let us know and we will refund the shipping fee in full.
- If you have already shipped your item for repair and it has not been assessed we will return the item to you or recycle at no further cost.
- If we have assessed your item for repair and advised you of a price but you do not wish to proceed, please let us know (as we operate a no repair-no fee service) we will return your item to you or recycle it for you at no further cost.
- Once repaired and paid for we offer a minimum 6 month guarantee on the repair work that has been carried out.
